Hello people of earth. I have a new, and what I would like to call, a very yummy post. Have you ever bitten into a perfect taco? Well here is my mouth-watering taco description. As I bit into that warm crunchy outer taco shell my mouth was put on a train-ride of yumminess. Then I got to the smooth lettuce, then the flavorful tomatoes, then the creamy mexican mix of parmesan, cheddar, and Monterey jack cheese. Then I bit into the best of it all. I bit into the spicy, beefy meat and as it went down my throat I knew it was the best taco ever. And then….It was over!NO!!! No I shouted. The best taco ever was in my stomach. No more would I ever taste anything so good. But wait there was more. The chips with salsa were still on my table. My frown turned upside-down as I dipped the crunchy tortilla chip into a smooth layer of piping hot salsa made from the habanero of Belize. Oh the heat of the spicy salsa sent my mouth on a fiery sensation of spices. My mouth was on fire, but as my dad says when he eats something spicy…My mouth is on fire but I love it. Yes it is true. This marvelous sensational though of the taco and the salsa is amazing. Think about a food such as a sandwich with turkey, lettuce, and tomato. You can see that sandwich as just a sandwich with boring turkey lettuce and tomato or you can see it as the perfectly cut turkey meshed between a warm lightly toasty crunchy piece of bread with ripe red tomato slices and a nice piece of crunchy lettuce. See by changing your perspective you can make a food you do not look forward to eating seem good. Since I talked about tacos and all that has to do with south american/central american food. I think I will talk about these places as a country. My dad is from guatemala a country in central america. Their in Guatemala their is a timeless feeling. You sit in the middle of a large mountain and you gaze out on the fields around you. You gaze at the goats running around. It is so peaceful. If you go up to the guatemalan city of tikal you see more wonders. You can see early mayan temples and mayan ruins. It is a spectacular site that I wish to see someday. You see tons of guatemalan citizens weaving baskets and selling what i believe to be the most colorful clothing in the world. Just down the road from these amazing temples and craftsmen are taco venders making tacos on the street piping hot and ready to eat. As you can see the countries we live in all have amazing beauty within them. We just have to find that beauty within ourselves. And when we say to ourselves that we do live in a beautiful world then we truly do live in our own paradise. As my mom says in a famous piece on her site. When i open my eyes i am in paradise.
