Firstly i would like to apologize for the lack of posting lately. School is overwhelming and I am very stressed out. Stress is actually a fantastic topic.
Stress is something we all feel. It a variety of ways stress always seems to work its way into our lives. Now stress will come and go at a consistent rate and we have absolutely no control over how much stress we have. What we do have control over is how stress effects us, and how we react with stress. The easiest way to relieve stress is to make its effect on us diminish. Let’s say you have friends who pick on you, simply think about why they do so. Most likely their is an obviously apparent reason as why they would do so. So whenever they cause you stress simply go to the point where you realize why. Now some stress you can’t control its effect such as school. You can’t control how much school work you get on a daily basis. So the second option is how you react to stress. If you have to read a 250 page chapter book in one month you might be pretty stressed from that daunting number. Well in this case you could divide the pages into the 31 days of the month. That means you will only have to read about 8 pages a day which is a lot less scary. The key is to dissipate your problems so they don’t seem as troublesome and therefore you are less stressed. So hopefully now you can look at stress in a new light.
What are you stressed about? What can you do to ease that stress?

I used to be stressed about alot of things. My ‘Mr Funguin’ blog is at the top of the list when it comes to stress. I used to have to think of what to post and how I could make my blog unique. It was also a pain when I had to take pictures and save them to my computer, this took up lots of space on my hard drive. It was hard to keep that blog organised too!
To ease this stress, I quit blogging about Club Penguin buy continued to post about other things every so often. My real life blog is now my main blog. I can chill out on there and so I am not stressed. Also, my hard drive can now breathe!
Homework stressed me alot. But then I discovered a facinating place in school called the Library. Every week, just half an hour after school in the library, my homework pile went down.
I know what you’re thinking. Homework is meant to be done at home so why do it in the library? I don’t get much time to do it at home. I have to tidy my room and use the computer and do other things. But as my pile went to a point I could handle it, I now do it at home – like all the other good kids
It’s amazing how doing little things can ease stress.

the concept of stress stresses me out. lets not talk about it
haha
Right now, my current stress is my braces. I had no idea they would effect me like this. Our solo and ensemble band night is coming up in two months, and I can barely play with all this metal in my mouth. It’s like when I first started trumpet two years ago.
They look okay, but my mouth feels so crowded. Because of my overbite, there’s two blockish things behind my front teeth so I don’t knock off the bottom braces. Then I have this wire attatched to a huge piece of plastic in the center, so my teeth don’t move in to where my extracted teeth were. It makes me talk with a lisp, it’s insane.
WHEW! Just had to rant somewhere. XD Thankfully when my teeth grow in, I can get the plastic part off, and my cousin only had the “blocks” in for three months, not the whole time.
Same with me Carly. Lol
Hey, ilan!
Can you add me to your blogroll? My blog has 17,000 hits, it is active, and you’re on mine… Plz?

The Celestine Prophecy gave me some advice that seems to help me.
I don’t remember the exact words but here’s my take on it. Relax. Look around you and notice all the beautiful things around you. The barn swallows swooping in and out amongst the cars, the beautiful green trees lining the boulevard, the majestic purple and red mountains standing over the golden plains. Relax. Imagine yourself surounded by a golden glow. Slowly breathe in that golden stream of love. Let it permeate every part of your body. Let the golden light wash throughout your body. Sing the songs of love that have been given to you by the eternal entitiy of love,
